Academic Focus

Anthropology, biological/life sciences, dance, ecology, history, Latin American studies, political science and government, Spanish language and literature, Spanish studies.

Summer, summer 2.

Venue

Headquartered in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Field trips to Montezuma beach, Curú Wildlife Refuge, Monteverde Cloud Forest, Turu-Barí, Arenal Volcano, waterfall tour; optional travel to southern Costa Rica at an extra cost.

Living Arrangements

Students live in locally rented apartments, host family homes. Quarters are shared with host institution students. Meals are taken on one's own, with host family, in residences, in restaurants.

Requirements

Minimum age 18; 2.5 GPA.
